Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

  • Set up and operate Amada Fibre Lasers & CNC Turret Punch Presses.
  • Adjust punch tools and maintain programs to eliminate errors.
  • Plan and coordinate daily production tasks efficiently.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform in-process inspections to identify and rectify defects.
  • Document inspection results and escalate deviations as necessary.
  • Uphold strict quality standards across all production outputs.

Workplace Maintenance:

  • Ensure a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety standards.
  • Operate machinery and tools with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.

Pay and Schedule:

Pay Range:
£14.50–£16.75 per hour, based on skills and experience.

Schedule:
Minimum 40 hours per week with 10-hour night shifts.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year as a CNC Turret Punch Operator.
  • Minimum 1 year as a competent Laser Operator.
