Key Responsibilities:

Core Welding Skills:

  • Extensive MIG welding experience is essential, especially with steel ranging from 0.8mm to 6mm.
  • TIG welding skills are desirable but not mandatory, with training provided.

Fabrication Techniques:

  • Tasks include grinding, sanding, spot welding, and stud welding.
  • Use of handheld and air-powered tools is a regular part of the role.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Conducting fabrication processes with precision and efficiency.

Workplace Standards:

  • Maintain high-quality standards in production.
  • Ensure workstations are tidy and comply with safety regulations.

Pay and Schedule:

Pay Range:
£15.00–£17.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Schedule:
10-hour night shifts with potential for overtime and weekend work.

Flexible contracts available:
Permanent or Temp-to-Perm.
