Core Welding Skills:
- Extensive MIG welding experience is essential, especially with steel ranging from 0.8mm to 6mm.
- TIG welding skills are desirable but not mandatory, with training provided.
Fabrication Techniques:
- Tasks include grinding, sanding, spot welding, and stud welding.
- Use of handheld and air-powered tools is a regular part of the role.
Technical Proficiency:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Conducting fabrication processes with precision and efficiency.

Pay and Schedule:
Pay Range:
£15.00–£17.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.
Schedule:
10-hour night shifts with potential for overtime and weekend work.
